Terms and Conditions

Welcome to txag.net (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://txag.net, including any content, functionality, paid memberships, community forums, member directories, and event ticket purchases offered on or through the Site.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Site, purchasing a membership, or buying event tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

1. Account Registration & Security

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase memberships/tickets.

  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2. Paid Memberships (Paid Memberships Pro)

  • Subscription Fees: Access to certain areas, features, and directories requires a paid membership subscription. All fees are clearly displayed at checkout and billed according to the plan selected (e.g., monthly, annually).

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time through your Account Settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; however, you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy for Memberships:Membership purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.” OR “Full refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase upon written request.

3. Community Forums (bbPress) & User Content Guidelines

txag.net provides member-only forums and public areas for community discussions. By posting or submitting content, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

  • Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to post, upload, or transmit content that:

    • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful.

    • Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party or fellow member.

    • Promotes illegal activities or contains spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or phishing links.

    • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Content Ownership & License: You retain ownership of the content you post in our forums. However, by posting, you grant txag.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely within the context of operating the Site and community.

  • Moderation & Account Termination: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, hide, or remove any forum post or user content at our sole discretion. Violations of community rules may result in immediate account suspension or membership termination without a refund.

4. Member Directory

  • Visibility: Our site features a member directory. Profile information you opt to publish may be accessible to other members or site visitors depending on your membership tier and account privacy settings.

  • Acceptable Use of Directory: Directory information is provided for networking and community building. You agree not to harvest, scrape, or extract directory data for commercial solicitation, mass emailing, spamming, or marketing purposes.

5. Event Ticket Sales & Attendance

  • Ticket Purchases: All ticket purchases for events hosted on or through txag.net are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

  • Ticket Refunds & Transfers: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by txag.net.

  • Event Cancellation or Postponement: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders via the email address provided at checkout. In the event of full cancellation, ticket refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Code of Conduct at Events: Attendees at txag.net events are expected to act respectfully. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to any individual whose behavior disrupts the event or threatens the safety of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, theme elements (including Impreza design assets), logos, and functionality are owned by txag.net (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • txag.net, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, forums, memberships, or ticketed events.

  • Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to txag.net in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, memberships, forums, and ticket sales are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free site operation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless txag.net, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site/forums.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
